Walk in via the Hooker Valley, a paradise like no other. Stand on the highest point in Australasia. This is a challenging and demanding climb requiring a good level of fitness and past mountain experience. 7 days.
- Grade 5 Alpine Ice Climbs - Mt Hicks
Mount Hicks, at the head of the Hooker glacier (Mount Aoraki/Cook National Park) is one of NZ’s premier and most sought after peaks. The south face, in particular has some of NZ’s finest technical ice climbs. Any route on the mountain is demanding and committing, especially if the “historically” normal descent route is used. 7 days.
- 4 day ascents - "short and sweat"
If you are looking for a short stint in the mountains you can experience a fantastic and rewarding ascent. This could also be a first summit under the watchful eye of your guide. 4 days.

For trampers and climbers wishing to extend their skills. Spend a week in the Darran Mountains, one of the great wilderness areas in the southern hemishpere. A diverse range of options from an ascent of Moirs mate, the Macpherson-Talbot traverse, Gertrude Saddle-barrier traverse, or an ascent of Mt Sabre. 7 days.
